“I have directly benefited both professionally and personally being coached by Francine. She is able to craft a coaching conversation that is pitched at the right level and pace and is very good at digging up unsaid messages. I believe her warmth, care, and honesty without judgment was instrumental in making me change my mindset and becoming more productive. I would highly recommend Francine as a coach.”

“I have had the pleasure of working closely with Francine Paton for approx. 3 years and in this time I have experienced her sincere commitment to people and their development, both as a leader of high achieving teams and in the creation of learning experiences that develop genuine skills and mindset shifts. Francine has business savvy, stakeholder relationship skill and Learning expertise which are all deployed in the service of supporting the development of the whole person, whilst being grounded in the commercial realities of business. Let me share what I do.

Professional and Personal Coach

I support you in identifying the goals you want to achieve, and developing a plan to make it happen. When it serves, I will challenge you, be your biggest cheer squad, or offer my experience. Through our partnership, you are likely to see possibilities that you didn’t see before. I think we can achieve amazing things when we believe in ourselves and recognise the choices available to us. A one-to-one partnership with a coach, backed by the latest findings in neuroscience, mindfulness, emotional intelligence and other leadership research, is a powerful start to discovering your potential.

What do I offer? Extensive business experience, authenticity, intelligence, insightful and (as needed) challenging questions and humour. I am passionate about people recognising the choices available to them. You’ll have my full backing to pursue your goals, overcome challenges, and celebrate successes.

More About Francine
Over 30 years of experience

Facilitation is a love of mine, and something I have continued to hone my skills in for over 30 years. I have worked with C-suite to frontline employees across corporate, not for profit, government and education sectors. My experience includes leadership and personal development training, business planning sessions, career transition workshops, design thinking workshops and general focus group facilitation.

I am respectful of differences, ensuring all voices are heard, and successfully navigate groups towards the desired outcomes.

As a leader, I have also trained and coached facilitators for improved performance.

It starts with a conversation. Let’s talk.

Are you seeking business advantage derived from a strategic approach to capability building and performance improvement? My diverse background – Consultant, Change Agent, Facilitator, National Training Manager, GM Client Services, Future Capability Adviser – is drawn upon to lead you on this journey.

I have built a career based on improving people performance, culture, systems and processes within organisations.

I quickly review 'what is', understand what is desired, and collaboratively identify strategies to bridge the gap. I have often been retained to ‘build the bridge’ as well.

Slide sets are kept to a minimum, with focus given to identifying a pragmatic way to get things done
